This is my first review on this website for the Philips SHP2000. These headphones sound amazing with any genre of music. I prefer to listen to EDM and these headphones sure does a good job as monitors because I use them to master my music.

I was watching a movie in my laptop in the dining area when my brother descended in the den and started watching the news in the television. The noise was distracting even though the den was at the end of the house.

I like the sound produced by these headphones, and they're comfortable to wear as well. However, the build quality has got something to be desired, as the plastic is quite weak and the size adjuster wore quite quickly. They're also better suited for people with a large head.

They are comfortable but the audio levels are really low. They don't isolate the sound from the noise outside so that doesn't really help either. I wouldn't recommend.

Well built, very comfortable to wear for long periods, long lead and good sound. Excellent value for money.
