The Parrot Anafi is light, folds away incredible small and shoots 4K HDR video but can it match the all-conquering Mavic Air?
Great video and stills quality; Easy to setup, simple to fly; Excellent battery life;
No object avoidance; App lacks proactive no-fly zone warnings;
Clever compact design; Excellent 4K camera; Easy to fly; Straightforward mobile app;
No collision avoidance tech; Shorter transmission range than DJI Mavic Air; No indoor stabilisation; Lossless zoom isn’t lossless;
Compact, lightweight build; Excellent image quality; Solid battery life; Easy to fly;
Still no collision detection; Shorter range than DJI’s Mavic Air;
The Anafi is far and away the best drone Parrot has made, with impressive all-round performance. The camera works brilliantly, the battery has decent stamina and the whole thing is helpfully portable and approachable. We still believe the DJI Mavic Air is a better all-round purchase, however, due to its collision detection, transmission range and indoor flying skills – but at over £100 cheaper, Parrot’s drone deserves to turn a few heads.

Seeing Parrot's new camera drone for the first time, it's tough not to be excited about the possibilities.
Small, quiet and with a big feature set, the Anafi might just steal away some sales from industry leader DJI.
