The stainless steel is very poor quality- thin and low grade stainless steel (mine was in use for 4 months and started to rust!), the oven is non standard height, and if you add the provided legs it is way higher than the standard counter top. Fan must have been broken in transport as it was noisy when I started the oven and then stopped working completely. The worst of all, the inside of the oven started chipping off. I had a very hard time getting Noel Leeming to sort it out - they asked me to deal with the manufacturer directly to organise service which is a breach of the Fair Trade Act. The manufacturer was trying to tell me that the chipped lining was burnt oil - I only ever baked bread and cakes (very poorly! The top never baked properly! ) and there was no oil to leak. My gas installer saw the chipping and also agreed it is definitely not oil. I did thankfully manage to get a refund for it, and I am so glad to see it gone!
