Panasonic 120W Audio System - a great sound!

I've always been reluctant to make 'big' purchases on-line, but having read the reviews published on-line, I decided to make an exception to my rule. It was easy for me to set up - (I am 77 years young) - and I even managed, without any bother, to connect my Audio Technics turntable (purchased from JB HI FI approx. 5 years ago). Once connected, I was more than happy with my decision - the sound is crisp and clear; the initial set-up instructions of all functions were easy to follow; AND it takes up about a quarter of the room of my previous sound system, without any loss of quality of sound. A wonderful product!!

JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR

After my Denon HiFi blew up I was at a loss as I could not afford to replace it. I bought a Panasonic system similar to this, but it lacked optic input from the TV which I wanted as I watch a lot of Music DVDs. I used it with my Denon speakers which were still OK. Then I found this Panasonic system - on special. It is fantastic. In fact I found I could sell my Denon speakers because the supplies Panasonic speakers could not be bettered as far as I am concerned. This is for true hi fi system and not for those who want loud thumping bass.

Great sound

I bought this to replace a previous CD player that had outlived its lifetime. This has new technology features and great sound. Easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.

Superb performance.

I purchased this product to replace my 22y/o Phillips Mini Hi Fi that finally died. I have to say that I wasn't expecting anything special from such a small unit but when I fired it up my jaw dropped. The high range delivered through the Tweeters was incredible, producing clear sharp tones to die for. The Mid Range was warm and inviting like my Mother's apple pie, and the Bass was delivered with authority and clarity. I love it.

Great unit

Feels and looks great, bought this to replace a Sony unit which didn't live up to expectations. This Panasonic unit has good 'button-feel' with responsive buttons, the amp has a bit of weight to it which is nice. The sound is good, it is a little bit bass-heavy but has good mids and treble and with tone control you can tune the sound to however you like it.
