Great product
Love the microwave this is the first flatbed micro that we have had. We love the fact that there is no rotating plate to wash. The previous one we had the plate finished in a thousand pieces on the floor.

Compact with a large interior
Havent done a lot with this yet but what I have had been very easy to use

Flatbed microwave is useless
Dont buy this. Something that may normally take a couple of minutes to heat, takes twice as long. Terrible compared to one with a turntable. Will have to replace this - complete waste of money.

Easy to clean
I love that there is no plate inside giving more space to put multiple containers in together

Rubbbish
The unit I bought was broken when i took it out of the box. Obviously there is no such thing as quality control as even a monkey would have noticed the defect. Door wouldn't stay closed. Googling revealed the door catch is an endemic problem which Panasonic refuses to acknowledge.

This product has a bit of defect
I bought this microwave about saveral weeks ago, but when I opened up the box, I could see the door was slightly down little bit, I thought it was no big deal. Then I went to Myers to check on their displayed products, they all looked perfect to me. I'm not sure if you can fix this up for me.

2 day delivery for $30 was a clincher fir us.We have had 3 of these same microwaves in 10 years.
We love the no-turntable Panasonic inverter. Bing Lee's service is next to none. We are new to area and time didn't allow us to pick a unit up locally. 2 day $30 delivery was amazing. Same product was dearer at Harvey Norman without delivery!

The oven is not as good as my previous oven.The turntable ensured that the meal was heated to perfection, whilst the new product leaves parts of the in a rubbery condition.. The controls are easy to use.
