What a great Camera Lumix DMC-GH4 by Panasonic is a excellent camera.
I really love this camera, the GH4 is very easy to use and the 4K is unbelievable, it's the best value for film maker's. Also the slow motion is phenomenal, I can't believe how great the footage looked.
4K
This camera is an excellent choice for 4K video and will either get another one or an upgrade to it soon.
Best camera for video!
The Gh4 is one of the best mirrorless and overall camera for video and stills, I was gonna get the Panasonic G7, but I wanted a better battery life and a head phone jack and cinema 4K. Best camera for video under $2000!!!- Easy to use
- Build quality
- Battery life
- Screen size
- Bulky
Wonderful Video Camera
Fantastic Video camera.

This is the best camera for video that you can get at this price range. The panasonic G7 is similar and cheaper however is less practical as a video camera, no high bitrate 1080, no V-Log, no weather sealing, no headphone jack.- 4k Is Great
- Amazing Value For Money
- Great Picture Quality
- Tilt Screen Is Nice
- Noisy Camera
- Poor Operation in Low Light

Panasonic GH4
The Panasonic GH4 takes the impressive specs and performance of the GH3 and kicks them up a notch -- a big notch -- with faster burst shooting, quicker AF, and a host of other improvements, not to mention tons of new video features.- Excellent still image quality for its class
- Fantastic, highly-detailed video quality
- Superior video recording chops with 4K video (both Cinema 4K and Ultra HD)
- Responsive all-around performer with great AF performance and burst shooting
- Rolling shutter is minimal with 60p and 30p video
- Splash-...
- High ISO performance not as good as some APS-C models (IQ drops quickly past ISO 3200)
- Overall still image quality not significantly better than the GH3
- Sluggish buffer clearing with RAW files
- Rolling shutter noticeable on 4K video
- Not as compact as most mirrorless cameras, High ISO performance...
Best DSLR for Filmmaking I've ever owned.
Although i wish it was full frame, i solved the problem by purchasing a Metabones adapter to get the 35mm size. This camera is a beast for the price. Yes the lowlight could be a little better, but the 4k footage this camera produces makes up for it.
This is a very good camera, just figure out what kind of stabilization you want first...
Very good M4/3 camera which I enjoyed using for almost a year, until switching to the Olympus EM1. The reason for the change was Panasonic has image stabilization in their lenses and the Olympus has it built into the camera, which for me was an advantage at the time.
Great Camera!!!
This my third GH4. I primarily shoot classical music concerts and operas/musicals with locked off cameras, so having a camera that stops recording at 29 mins 59 seconds, is not an option for me. Lighting is not normally an issue, so f/4.0 at 640 ISO covers most of my theater shooting needs.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH4 : A new dawn for video?
A quantum leap for amateur video production, and a superb stills camera to boot
