This product is so easy to use and understand
This is the only dvr that I have got on special all others were at least $100 more expensive.first time I have got something on afterpay very grateful for the service I have received

Ceased working properly within a week
Because of low stock levels it took 2 months to receive the unit. Then, within a week it ceased working properly (no sound and programs recorded would not play). Appliances Online have been very good about it, arranging a replacement to be sent out and even agreeing to swap to a different model that...

Excellent Recorder
This product has been great. though you cannot adjust the buffer time beyond 10 min it does not appear to require it as it starts on time no matter the TV delays in showing the program

Had trouble first week
Got help from panasonic help-line and since then I've had no problems.
