Oppo Watch review

As WearOS watches go, few are quite as well-rounded as the Oppo Watch. It has a gorgeous display and looks the part, even if it owes a design debt to Apple. Software tweaks have helped even out performance, and the twin-CPU approach means rarely being caught with a flat battery - as long as you don't mind a reduced feature set until you next reach a plug socket. Casual fitness fans are sure to like the bitesize approach to exercise, and it comfortably undercuts both Apple and Samsung on price. Those more interested in stand-out styling or more serious sports tracking will probably want to look elsewhere, but in terms of features Oppo has the edge over the WearOS competition.

Gorgeous display; Tweaks WearOS in useful ways; Versatile fitness modes;

Proprietary lugs limit strap choice; Apple-esque design not very original; Active battery life could be better;

Oppo Watch review

The Oppo Watch is one of the best Wear OS smartwatches money can buy. While that isn't a particularly laudable achievement, its craftsmanship and hardware-software synergy is commendable. It does ape the Apple Watch's design, but there's a lot to like here in terms of its impressive display and fitness modes. Just be wary of the battery life, especially if you want a watch that lasts for days.

Slick design; Great display; Runs smoothly;

Battery life is poor; Unoriginal design; Wear OS is still limited

Oppo Watch review: More than just an Apple Watch clone?

There aren't many square Wear OS watches on the market, so the Oppo Watch fills that gap. The screen is great, there are plenty of watch faces, and it even tracks fitness. But it has some shortcomings that need fixing before it could be considered truly great. Still, it's a good first go.

Affordable price point; Nice and lightweight design; Vivid and bright display; Smooth overall performance;

Battery life isn't great (not even two days); Charger is clunky and awkward; Fitness tracking app lacks depth and workout modes; Hard to find different band styles and strap;

Fully featured and fast

Feels light and easy on the wrist, fast and responsive, easy to view/bright screen. Plenty of software and compatibility through Playstore and Oppo’s Heytap store. Watch faces included and customisable watch faces via android apps. Connect to your Android phone for full syncing and health goals.

Excellent and impressive features.

I have had the watch for about 3 weeks now and hasn't let me down. It's got excellent and very good impressive features.

Better Than i expected

I wasn't expecting the watch to be as responsive as it it, also the battery life is way one of the best using the 3600 snapdragon SOC. I would definitely recommend this to people who have an OPPO phone or any phone for that matter.

Oppo Watch review

Wear OS may be stagnant but the Oppo Watch breathes new life into the platform, backing it up with smooth performance and a familiar design.

Great performance; Attractive design; Superb screen;

Proprietary removable straps; Average fitness functionality; Unoriginal design;
