New player. Oppo is still a relatively unknown player in Germany, but it's already number 4 in global smartphone sales after Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi. This means that the Chinese manufacturer is doing quite a lot right from the customer's point of view. We will find out in our review whether that is also the case with the Find X3 Lite, the smallest model from Oppo's new flagship family.

The Oppo Find X3 Lite isn't a bad phone, delivering decent battery life and processing performance – but you might feel a little underwhelmed by the screen and the camera when compared to similarly priced rivals.

This apparently 'Lite' device actually has plenty to offer, with ample power, a good display, and solid build. There are some software quirks - like notifications that never arrive - that lets the side down, while the camera array's many lenses seem to have lost focus on what matters. But otherwise there's little 'Lite' about this Find X3 device.
