Product ok, but Good Guys falsely advertised on their website. The phone was advertised as eligible for oppo promotion (free headphones), and the estimated delivery date was within the time limit to claim. The phone arrived two weeks late (passed the promotional date) and requested pick instead of postage but the sales rep failed to update the system, asked for an update but kept saying to wait. If Good Guys cannot deliver the product within the time specified (and eligible for the promotion), it should not be advertised. I would never purchase from Good Guys again.

this phone is okay and easy to use

I recently purchased this phone at the Hornby PB Tech store. Great phone and does exactly what I need it to do. The operating system is smooth for the price & it's very customizable which I love. The battery runs great. I am a lite mobile gamer but this phone has handled all the games I've thrown at it. Feel like it could be a flagship but for half the price. The phone feels nice in the hand (both with and without the stock case though I prefer without) and it's a good weight/size for someone with smaller hands.
