OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
OnePlus Nord Software And User Experience We really like OnePlus’ take on Android 10. OxygenOS 10.5 (as it’s called) is quick, smooth, and always a pleasure to use. Most importantly, it’s almost stock.- Really nice 90Hz display
- Good enough cameras w/ OIS
- Excellent performance
- Stock Android
- Great value
- Plastic mid-frame
- really?
- Not sold in the US
- No wireless charging
- No headphone jack
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
On paper, OnePlus is doing everything right with its first midrange smartphone in years. The Nord looks the business, packs a rich, flagship-grade design and combines a tried and tested rear-camera set-up with a dual-selfie camera - cue the youth appeal.- Simple
- premium design
- Low-cost 5G
- Best-in-class screen
- No telephoto camera
- Underwhelming ultra-wide shots
- Poor macro camera
- No wireless charging
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Grey Onyx MP 04041 review
The OnePlus Nord is a smooth, attractive phone that shows what we're missing in the US when it comes to affordable 5G handsets.- Affordable
- Gorgeous build
- Excellent front-facing cameras
- Fast and smooth performance
- Doesn't work well on US networks
Oneplus Nord Dual SIM 5G (8GB RAM, 128GB, Gray) - BRAND NEW review
July 21st saw OnePlus release its latest handset: the OnePlus Nord. This new addition to the OnePlus line is aimed squarely at those who want flagship features at an affordable price.- Inexpensive, Great camera, Nice software tweaks, Zen Mode, Plenty of storage and RAM, Looks like a flagship handset
- Lots of comparable alternatives, Camera bump protrudes too far from the handset, Downgraded chipset, No SD card slot
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
The OnePlus Nord is a very good phone full stop – and an absolute bargain at only £379. It looks the part. The screen is great. The rear main camera is great and the battery life is very good.
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
OnePlus Nord marks the return of OnePlus phones to a more affordable price point after years of the company jacking up prices on its normal flagship line to Samsung Galaxy levels. It’s a welcomed move by a company who does a lot right with an Android phone, they just can’t seem to stop pricing...
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
The OnePlus Nord is priced Rs 24,999 onwards and is available in three variants and you get the choice of Blue Marble and Gray Onyx colour options.
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
OnePlus got started with affordable so-called “flagship killers” like the OnePlus One and OnePlus 3. But over the years, its phones have become more expensive (as have most phones, to be fair).- Build quality Plastic frame aside, this feels just like a OnePlus phone should — it’s well made and likely to be durable over time
- Display Smooth 90Hz AMOLED panel with a good-enough 1080p resolution and decent brightness levels. It’s also flat, which means no accidental touches or tinted sides.
- Design It’s not unattractive, but it’s certainly a step down from the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro — you just can’t beat those matte glass finishes and centered camera modules
- Cameras (again) Sensor crop zoom is terrible past 2x.
OnePlus Nord 8+128GB Blue Marble MP 04042 review
OnePlus has made an emphatic return to the mid-range market with the OnePlus Nord – it's an affordable smartphone that's packed with features. There's a great screen, plenty of power, and a set of capable cameras, all wrapped up in a package that belies its affordable price.- Affordable with flagship qualities
- Premium design
- Plenty of camera features
- Average battery life
- Limited notifications space
- No IP rating for water resistance
