Oneplus 3 is a powerful phone at a very attractive price point. Smartphones listed on PriceMe with comparable features and specs typically cost a lot more and manufactures like Samsung, Sony and LG better take note.

Oneplus 3 comes with an aluminium case in a unibody design that enhances durability. It's powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 processor and is equipped with 6 GB of RAM memory.

The back camera has a resolution of 16 MP with optical image stabilisation, phase detecting autofocus and f/2.0 aperture. It records video in 4K resolution and 30 frames per second. The lower HD resolution captures 120 images per second. Image enhancing techniques like auto-HDR and noise reduction create crisp images under different light conditions.

The battery has a whopping 3,000 mAh. One of the most impressive features is the super fast Dash charge. About 60% of the battery can be charged in 30 minutes. Dash charge is developed by VOOC, which is a company related company to Oneplus. Please note that it's only Dash charge from VOOC that offers super fast charging.

OnePlus released the successor Oneplus 3T in November 2016.

OnePlus 3 Review

It feels like OnePlus missed a big opportunity last year. If the OnePlus 2 had been the knockout the OnePlus 3 is, it would have been virtually unchallenged as the performance to price champ. Things aren't so easy in 2016.
Pros:
  • Superb performance
  • sturdy build
  • physical notification slider
  • great battery life
  • incredibly fast charging times with the additional dash charger
  • Oxygen OS is close to stock Android
  • extraordinary value at $400
Cons:
  • Camera is mediocre compared to other flagship phones
  • display could be brighter
  • slightly more expensive phones have more features

A Real Flagship Killer: OnePlus 3 Smartphone Review

Having used the OnePlus 2 for about eight months prior to receiving the OnePlus 3, I noticed some immediate differences when moving over to the OP3 – most of them good. I still don't like the fact that the headphone jack has been moved to the bottom, but from a design standpoint, that's the only...
Pros:
  • Great design and build quality, Fast performer, for both CPU- and GPU-focused tasks, Super-fast finger print reader, Rear camera takes good images, as well as video
  • Though I wish it supported 1080p/60 recording, Outside and in the sun, the OP3's display at full brightness can be easily viewed,...
Cons:
  • Headphone jack is on the bottom (this might not matter to everyone
  • No microSD slot, Non-removable battery

OnePlus 3 review: Finally, all grown up\n

On its third attempt at a flagship, OnePlus has finally figured out the winning combination. Much of what made the OnePlus 2 popular is still here - a sizable screen, solid hardware, great internal specs, powerful software, fingerprint sensor, good battery life and the Alert Slider, just to name a...
Pros:
  • Excellent hardware and specs
  • Fast
  • smooth software
  • Good camera
  • Finally sold without an invite
Cons:
  • Slippery body
  • Legitimate worry about software updates
  • No real "wow" factor
  • Sub-par vibration motor

It might have made more news with its sandstone finish backs, innovative UI and of course, its too-good-to-be-true "specs to price" ratio but any self respecting cell shutterbug will tell you that OnePlus' devices have always sported decent cameras.

OnePlus 3T mini-review: A great phone gets a bigger battery and price tag

Well that went quickly-the OnePlus 3 was a great phone, and when you don't change much, there isn't much to talk about. We doubt anyone would notice the camera and performance changes between the 3 and the 3T, so at the end of the day, you're really paying $40 for more battery life.
Pros:
  • $439 for a 64GB phone is a fantastic price
  • The aluminum unibody is still great
  • Speedy SoC (a Snapdragon 821) and surprisingly speedy storage
  • just like its predecessor
  • It still has all the right extras: a fast
  • accurate fingerprint reader
  • USB Type-C
  • and NFC
  • Customizable
  • lightweight Android...
Cons:
  • No MicroSD slot
  • Slow monthly and major Android updates
  • If you're going to upgrade a camera
  • upgrade the rear one

OnePlus 3T Mini Review: Victory lap

Several weeks after the OnePlus 3 came out, Ian Hardy, MobileSyrup ‘s publisher, asked me whether the website should run a "three months later" feature on the device. "Bossman," I said, "shouldn't we wait until the phone is at least six months old?
Pros:
  • Superb performance & improved battery life
  • Near stock Android with smart additions
  • Handsome new Graphite colour
Cons:
  • $100 more expensive
  • OnePlus 3 is still a great smartphone
  • Not water or dust proof like other flagships

OnePlus 3T Review

Should you get the OnePlus 3T instead of its similarly priced midrange smartphones? Yes. But when compared to flagships, we can't help but think long term. Software-wise, there's nothing to worry about as the dev community of OnePlus is very much alive and supportive but when it comes to hardware,...
