Well priced zoom lens
For the price you can't go wrong with the micro 4/3 zoom lens.
Pros:
- Clear lens
- good build quality. Amazing price
Cons:
- Not as sharp as something you would pay 5x more for

Lightweight telephoto Zoom
The image quality of this lens is quite good and very sharp. It focuses easily, and produces good color. It's lightweight, making it very easy to carry around. I've used it to make some beautiful portraits. As a $99 add-on, it was an incredible value.

Good lens, no problems. Some people complain about it extending when zooming in, but I don't see why that would be a problem. Yes, it extends to double its size - but only when in use and zooming. It's not like it causes any problem in storage.

Plastic, Fantastic.
I have some of the best Olympus expensive Pro Lenses, like 40-150mm f/2.8, the big brother of this lens, also 4 other ones and this lens stands up against my pro lenses, every bit as sharp at f/5.6-8. Obviously not as fast at f/4-5.6 but most of the time it is enough for me.

I've had this for several years. I also have a range of other Olympus lenses for the EM1 and EM10 M2, including the 12- 40 Pro, and a couple of primes . My favorite is the 14-42 EZ pancake. It's convenient, and very sharp. This 40-150 is a totally different story. It's not close to being sharp.
