Olympus FL-300R Wireless Flash
I purchased this flash as it was small and light. I will be mainly be using it for close up work after seeing a friend using two on a macro set up. It was easy to set up and appears to work well and the stand allows me to fit it onto a small tripod.

Small and Useful
This flash is great. It is small and compact on my OM-D. I wouldn't leave it on there all the time, but if you chose to do so, it wouldn't be that big of a headache. The recycle times seem to be good enough. It is not a professional flash however. The ability to off-camera flash is great.

It's a nice small flash that I use off-camera in RC mode with a clip-on flash on my Olympus Pen E-PL5. I originally bought it thinking it could be used on-camera as a master/commander in RC mode to trigger a FL-36R flash off-camera. It can't. It would have been perfect if it could.
