All as expected and more
Really like the sturdiness of the locking mechanisms. Using the Ninja junctions with cups almost every day for smoothies. Also like the lack of worries about it getting blocked or overheating given by the IQ functions.

Great machine
I am very happy with the Ninja Nutri Duo, I had a Nutra Bullet before, but it could t handle the frozen fruit, it packed it in after little use. This machine handles the frozen fruit to make awesome frozen fruit smoothies. Looks good on my kitchen bench also. Would highly recommend.

Powerful but incomplete
Just open the box to fine no user guides or recipie book inside. Called manufacture they said they couldn't send out one. Call Littlewoods they say they will send me it out let's see.

Awesome!
This is my second Ninja, upgraded to a newer model after re-gifting my first. This one is quieter, has more features and has larger containers for my large volume smoothies. Wouldn't buy any other machine on the market.

Pour service
The smoothie blade started leaking oily, greasy stuff to our food. I contacted Ninja and told them. They didn't want to replace it. For a high end product like this, that costs a lot, it wasn't supposed to happen.

Best Blender Ever!
I am so pleased with this purchase. It has exceed my expectation. From the day we got it, we have been using it almost every day. It comes with three extra cups that have proved to be very useful. It makes smoothies like no other we ever had.
