The smoothie blade started leaking oily, greasy stuff to our food. I contacted Ninja and told them. They didn't want to replace it. For a high end product like this, that costs a lot, it wasn't supposed to happen.

This crushes ice and fruit like a dream! Its loud but powerful. I will never buy another brand of blender after using this one. I tell all my friends and family how wonderful this blender is! Its a 5 star in my book!

Just open the box to fine no user guides or recipie book inside. Called manufacture they said they couldn't send out one. Call Littlewoods they say they will send me it out let's see.

I am so pleased with this purchase. It has exceed my expectation. From the day we got it, we have been using it almost every day. It comes with three extra cups that have proved to be very useful. It makes smoothies like no other we ever had.

It's not a terrible blender but I wish I'd gone for a vitamix for just a little more money. This one cannot handle kale, tried 3 times on the green smoothie highest setting and had to strain it with a nut bag to make it smooth.

This is my second Ninja, upgraded to a newer model after re-gifting my first. This one is quieter, has more features and has larger containers for my large volume smoothies. Wouldn't buy any other machine on the market.

Really like the sturdiness of the locking mechanisms. Using the Ninja junctions with cups almost every day for smoothies. Also like the lack of worries about it getting blocked or overheating given by the IQ functions.

Its the best blender ever. So powerful. Nothing else compares. Worth every dollar.
