Nokia E66

While we like the E71 better, the E66 is a great smartphone with class leading features. If you want the functionality of a business phone without the bulk of a PDA form factor, the E66 is the phone you've been looking for.
Pros:
  • Solid and attractive build
  • HSDPA
  • Wi-Fi and A-GPS
  • Excellent productivity tools
Cons:
  • Smaller battery compared to E71
  • Accelerometer can be a nuisance

slider is longer, but slimmer, and packs in a 3.2 megapixel camera, push email, HSDPA, AGPS, more memory and better battery life – all in a good-looking package.

Nokia E66

At the beginning of the movie RoboCop a regular policeman is covered in shiny metal and becomes a super policeman, a RoboCop, if you will. That's a tremendously watered down version of the tragic start to this film, but in similarly simplistic terms we can see how Nokia has improved last year's...

  • Solid and attractive build
  • HSDPA, Wi-Fi and A-GPS
  • Excellent productivity tools
Cons:
  • Smaller battery compared to E71
  • Accelerometer can be a nuisance

Real Work Horse

This phone is a real work horse with some nice functions that are not on the previous S60 phones that i have owned. It allows you to swap between Home and Business mode which is a nice touch. The user interface is a bit drab to look at but does give confidence and is very stable.

Nokia E66

If you don’t consider a QWERTY keyboard a necessity, then the E66 is one of the best smartphones on the market. It combines a stylish design with the latest features and it is a breeze to use. Boasting the same features as the E71 minus the QWERTY keyboard, Nokia's E66 is aimed at users who aren't hell-bent on large amounts of text entry. This stylish E-Series handset has the same internal characteristics as its big brother in a smaller, more pocketable form factor.
Pros:
  • Design, switch mode feature, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, interface speed
Cons:
  • Questionable build quality of slider, native menu isn’t as visually appealing as competing models

Nokia E66

It's raining Nokia S60 smartphones here lately, and we were lucky enough to receive the US version of the recently announced but not yet released Nokia E66 for review. The US version is a quad band unlocked GSM phone with US 3G HSDPA on the 850/1900MHz bands.
Pros:
  • Has complete support for US bands, including 3G
  • The NAM model has a US warranty
  • Extremely attractive design and quite thin
  • WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, FM radio, MP3 player and a 3 megapixel camera-- the phone has all
  • Nice use of the accelerometer for screen rotation and silencing the phone
Cons:
  • Reception is just average (usually Nokia phones have very, very strong reception)
  • Camera images aren't very good
