Nokia C6 in-depth review -
Nokia's latest touch-screen handset certainly looks the part. The bright 3.2-inch screen is surrounded by a matt black casing, with three shiny buttons beneath to send and end calls or launch the menu.
Pros:
- Good styling
- easy keyboard
- strong home screen
Cons:
- Resistive touch-screen is unresponsive
- Operating system looks tired

Too many things crammed into a phone which needed more testing.
Having had this phone for nearly 2 years while it's still going strong and is pretty robust it has too many temper tantrums for me to recommended it or want to keep hold of it when mine is up for renewal.

Nokia C6 review
Nokia's C series is fast becoming the Finnish phone maker's smartest collection of blowers. The classy Nokia C5 and Nokia C3 have already set the standard for basic functionality coupled with high-quality design and now the C6 is looking to follow.

Nokia C6
The C6 probably won't excite a lot of people and we don't think it was meant to anyway. This mid-range Nokia smartphone with slide-out keyboard gets its basics right, but is largely hampered by a sluggish and outdated user experience.
Pros:
- Connectivity features
- Free real-time navigation with Ovi Maps
- Generally well-built chassis
Cons:
- Sluggish performance
- Outdated user interface
- No USB charging
- Ovi Store pales in comparison with competition

Nokia C6 smartphone
The Nokia C6 fits into the recent Nokia gameplan of offering strongly featured, reasonably priced workhorse phones. It's packing a decent range of smartphone features and has a good Qwerty keyboard, but social networking could have been better integrated.

Nokia C6
The Nokia C6 is the latest in a long line of modestly priced touchscreen smartphones with side-sliding keyboards from the Finnish company. Nokia doesn't have a particularly good track record when it comes to touchscreen smartphones, though, so can this model finally put Nokia back on the map?

Nokia C6 smartphone
Nokia's midrange C6 is effectively a budget version of last year's N97 but still manages to pack in a slide-out Qwerty keyboard, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, a 5Mp camera and A-GPS with turn-by-turn satnav as standard.

Nokia C6
The C6 is similar to the N97 mini in many ways. They run on the same operating system, have the same screen size and are powered by 434MHz processors. The differences? The C6 has a marginally larger footprint, supports Flash Lite 3.1 in the web browser, doesn't have Carl Zeiss optics for the camera...
Pros:
- Connectivity features
- Free real-time navigation with Ovi Maps
- Generally well-built chassis
Cons:
- Sluggish performance
- Outdated user interface
- No USB charging
- Ovi Store pales in comparison with competition
