No one can doubt that Nokia is determined to mark out some serious mobile music territory for itself, what with its recent N81 and N95 8GB-packing smartphone releases, and a series of high profile music service announcements (including Nokia Music Store and its Comes With Music).

Nokia 5310 made thousands of fans with its very announcement. Packing a 16M color QVGA display, dedicated music keys, stereo Bluetooth and FM radio in a sleek thin body, this neat handset is sure to appeal to quite a lot of slim phone admirers.

The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic is a compact & versatile music phone which the user will be proud to own. This nokia XpressMusic comes with 30 Mega bytes of built in memory and supports MicroSD memory cards which allow the user to add a memory card up to 4 Giga bytes.

Throughout the entire review process, the Nokia 5310 struck everyone in the office with its tiny size. This was both good and bad - good for exceptional portability, but bad when using the cramped keypad and various small buttons.

Lets take the first look at the Nokia 5310. This is a Xpress Music phone, the successor of Nokia 5300. The 5310′s main improvements come on the rearranged interface. Unlike 5300′s slider form factor, Nokia 5310 is a candy bar, covering with red or blue side casing, making it more stylish and cool.

Look and feel Impressively thin and light, the 5310 offers users a smooth plastic finish with aluminium trim (available in red or blue) and the front fascia boasts three dedicated music keys, unusually found vertically parallel to the screen.

A far cry from Nokia's clunky 5300 slider from just two years ago, this truly bite-size candy bar is 9 grams lighter than the W890i, about 0.25mm thinner and less wide by about 6.6mm (it's also advertised as .01 inches slimmer, but we couldn't tell).
