I REALLY tried to like this phone!

I'm one of those people who is desperately trying to avoid touch screens and smart phones because I'm broke and don't want to pay to have a mobile web plan. I've owned a Motorola Z3 for 4 years and loved it, but the phone is getting old and it was time to upgrade. Enter the Nokia 5310.

Poor quallity, cheap product

I bought this phone cuz I had one before someone stole it. For some reason this phone is different the one I had before. One button is about to come out after one month of use. U have to charge every day. Battery last no more than 4 hours of talk. It's not worth $ 75 dollars.

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic review Review

The slim Nokia 5310 XpressMusic, as its name suggests, is a music phone first. The music player is easy to use while the screen looks bright and text looks sharp.
Pros:
  • Full-sized headphone socket
  • Decent music player
  • Good screen
Cons:
  • Feels plasticky
  • No 3G support

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic

The lack of 3G connectivity is disappointing, but if you aren't concerned with slow network speeds the 5310 XpressMusic comes recommended. Boasting a slim frame and a 3.5mm headphone jack, Nokia's 5310 XpressMusic joins a market flooded with mobile phones boasting music playback capabilities. Although it doesn't offer any outstanding features, its compact size and slim frame combined with the renowned Symbian interface make it a recommended handset, and it comes at a reasonable price.
Pros:
  • Slim design, comfortable keypad and controls, 3.5mm headphone jack, intuitive user interface, included 1GB microSD card
Cons:
  • Lack of 3G connectivity, general speed, small internal memory

Nokia 5310 Xpress Music

Ten months after announcing its new 5310 and 5610 Xpress Music phones, Nokia finally has released them to a U.S. carrier--well, at least one of them. Last week in New York City, T-Mobile added the 5310 to its lineup, and from what we understand, it will soon pick up the 5610 as well.
Pros:
  • The 5310 Xpress Music has an attractive design with a brilliant display and easy-to-use controls
  • It also offers a solid feature set and satisfying performance
Cons:
  • The 5310 Xpress Music has a pitifully small internal memory and poor photo quality
  • also, it's not a quadband world phone

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Review

The 5310 XpressMusic has a near twin in the lookalike 5610 XpressMusic. That is a bigger phone which takes a slider format and has a higher calibre set of specifications. It may yet get a separate review here. But right now my attention is fully on the 5310 XpressMusic.
