Very nice phone!
Since I don't use my cell phone much and hence don't have a contract with a provider, I was looking for a nice phone that does not look like a baby monitor. To deter you from not having a contract, all providers only offer very old phones without a contract.
Pros:
- Very nice looking phone, it has a very slick design
- It's not heavy and rather small for a cell phone these days, so it's easy to carry around
- Excellent batery life
- Comes with headset
- Very nice software, it's pretty intuitive, however I have owned a Nokia phone before.
Cons:
- Not too many wallpaper options and ringtones available on the phone, but you can link to the "t-zone" and download new ones
- Has the T-mobile logo on the phone, but it's no big deal for me as they're my provider anyway
- Not sure how this would work with the SIM card of anther provider

a useless phone
the phone is unable to restore using a restore point done on another nokia 5310 phone [same model it is], this means, all your contacts, messages etc that were saved as a backup are useless on transferring the mini memory card from your old nokia 5310 into this new nokia 5310 phone.

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic
Imagine if the first-generation iPod nano could make phone calls. Nokia's 5310 XpressMusic is just a hair bigger than Apple's diminutive music player, making it one of the slimmest mobile phones out there.
Pros:
- Great music performance
- Very compact design
- Simple user interface
- 2-MP camera
- Good call quality
Cons:
- No 3G
- Tri-band configuration limits worldwide roaming

Nice Sleek Phone
I would say that these phone has a lot of nice features (mp3 & FM) and some are not that good (camera, video recording & video player) which I knew before my purchase. My primary reason for buying this phone is for calling, receiving calls & texting and a little extra would be nice, so I'm happy...

Nokia 5310 - Trusted Multi Tusker
On a rainy evening in June 2008, I saw this'black-body" sibbling of Nokia at a local outlet. Price at that time was a whopping 9.8K. But I was thrilled by its music reproduction and display. so, after some hesitation, I forked out that money to get that lady-love.

Awesome - great value for money!
If you want a non smart phone then this is it! It's the size and weight that really make it worth having. You hardly know its in your pocket. Also pretty tough as I normally drop it one to two times per month. That's why I don't have an smart phone.
