Bell Nokia 2730 Video Review
The one thing that comes to mind when first looking at the Nokia 2730 is that it's design looks to be taken from the early 1990's and updated for today. Which is always a good thing when dealing with classic Nokia devices. This is an entry-level phone that has a stylish/modern look to it.

Starting small
The Nokia 2730 classic is part of a trio of dirty-cheap phones headed to emerging markets. It's an economy pack that tries to provide value for money. The Nokia 2730 classic boasts the most advanced features of the bunch of cheap handsets (some of which dip down to 25 euro a piece).

Fantastic Radio, Speakers and Good MP3 player
I purchased this phone from Bell, in Canada, 2 years ago, as a pay as you go phone. I've since let the coverage expire, but here in the US I use the phone as a radio and mp3 player, it has truly great sound for a tiny device!

Nokia 2730 Classic review: Nokia 2730 Classic
We like the Nokia 2730 Classic's 3G connectivity and simple menus, but the user experience is hampered by stiff buttons and dodgy build quality in places Nowadays, just because you want cheap a mobile phone, it doesn't mean you have to settle for a model that will blow up in your hands, crippling you for life. Times have changed, and the penny-pinching shopper now has a huge range of decent options available. The Nokia 2730 Classic, for example, is a 3G phone that's available for free on a £10-per-month contract, £50 on a pay-as-you-go deal, and about £70 SIM-free.
Pros:
- 3G connectivity for speedy Web browsing
- menus are easy to navigate.
Cons:
- Poor controls
- low-spec camera
- small screen.

"A nice functional phone, but with one really annoying feature."
The Nokia 2730 Classic is my work phone, I just need it to call from, text, take the odd photo and other basic functions. All the other features it has (and it has a fair few) don't really interest me but it does feature a calendar, games, media player (it has a headphone socket), camera for photo...
Pros:
- Has a great 'cancel' text send feature
Cons:
- Makes a loud click noise on every press of the keyboard - no covert texting with this phone

Sells for $20 at Optus shop in Port Melbourne
I was in the Optus store in bay St. Port Melbourne recently and they were selling this phone for $20. I've had one for 2 years (time to upgrade) but it does all the simple things well. Does have Internet access but is limited and slow.

My first phone, my first love
This was, FYI, the first branded 3G capable phone below 20k, if not 30k range, to release in India! It exemplifies the Nokia tradition and unfortunately it was the last classic symbian to be released( It was probably version 10 of the S40).After this, a whole bunch of X phones with'simplfied'(...

Nokia 2730 Review
The Nokia 2730 is probably the cheapest 3G cell phone around. It looks like the evolved version of the Nokia 2700 and Nokia 6700 . With its fluid and clean design, it is sure to attract those who want 3G in their cell phone but can't afford much.
