Excellent battery life means the fun can last for more than six hours, depending on software and usage conditions. For example, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild can be played for about three hours on one charge.

Awesome device, playing Legend of Zelda is almost worth the price. Good battery life. In my opinion wait until E3 or later for more titles, as it is, with no backwards compatibility with WiiU games its a bit limited.
As has been the case for past couple of generations in the home console space, Nintendo went in a different direction than either of its rivals (Sony and Microsoft) with the Switch . Once again, Nintendo's newest console does not engage the competition in a specs war.
Nintendo does things differently. First came the Wii's motion controllers, then Wii U's tablet-style GamePad. Now the Nintendo Switch delivers a portable and home console in one that works well wherever you want to play on the go as well as at home.
