The Nikon Z 70-200mm f2.8 VR S may not be much better than its F-mount predecessor, the Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f2.8E VR. But that is good news: the F-Nikkor was simply the best 70-200mm f2.8 zoom lens for Nikon cameras and still is an excellent lens.

Nikon's first built-for-mirrorless pro zoom lens, the Nikkor Z 70-200mm F2.8 VR S ($2,599.95), is an important one. A quality telezoom is an almost required tool for event photography and reportage. The Z 70-200mm delivers the quality pros want—stabilized optics, an all-weather build, and compatibility with teleconverters—at a price that's in line with similar lenses for other systems. That's still substantial, especially for hobbyists, but it isn't avoidable for Z users, at least for now. We'll have to wait and see if Nikon releases a more affordable F4 edition, but it's not yet on the system roadmap.Made for Z Mirrorless Telephoto lenses are almost always a bit bulkier than shorter zooms and prime lenses, and the Z 70-200mm is no exception at 8.7 by 3.5 inches (HD) and 3.0 pounds. Canon's RF 70-200mm F2.8 is notably smaller (5.8 by 3.5 inches, 2.6 pounds), but gets there by telescoping out when zooming. Canon's take is unique in the industry, though. The Nikkor Z's internal zoom...

In this place I have to repeat the majority of my remarks from the test of the Nikkor Z 24-70 mm f/2.8 S. You get an impressive list of advantages and a rather short list of flaws – that's what we expect from a flagship journalistic lens.
solid, weather-sealed casing,, sensational image quality in the frame centre,, very good image quality on the edge of the APS-C/DX sensor,, good image quality on the edge of full frame,, negligible longitudinal chromatic aberration,, very good correction of lateral chromatic aberration,, lack of...
noticeable vignetting on full frame,, too high astigmatism.
Apple has given select media outlets and YouTubers access to the new iPhone 14 ahead of when it begins arriving in customers' hands on Friday, September 16. There are two models of the iPhone 14, the standard 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and the larger 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus.
The Apple iPhone 14 is no match for the just-released iPhone 14 Pro, but if you ignore that, it’s one of the most effective phones around.
Great cameras, front and back, Fast performance, Good battery life, Innovative safety features
Design too familiar, Some average features
While it's a shame that picture and sound quality haven't been upgraded, the iPhone 13 was great in these regards and the iPhone 14 is, too Excellent display Admirable headphone performance Solid build quality No upgrades to picture or sound Familiar design Notch is still present
The iPhone 14 isn't much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it's still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.
Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance
Display could use some upgrades
