Did you enjoy 'New Super Mario Bros. U?' If you found that it was the best of the series, and many did, including myself, than there's absolutely room for more. 'New Super Luigi U' is the extra bump to a stellar platformer that many should be happy to pick up.

The Year of Luigi's been well upon us and with it has come Luigi's latest platforming adventure of New Super Luigi. Stepping into his big bro's legendary spotlight has not come without my reservations, but the younger green-clad plumber still jumps high with success.

I'm surprised at how well Nintendo has been able to make this game feel unique compared to the original. Luigi himself controls differently and allows for more varied stages. It seems like the developer went crazy with the onscreen action.

The "other" brother rarely gets the respect he deserves. While Mario is off chasing the spotlight, Luigi is often content hanging back, kicking the dirt while his big brother saves the day. But this is 2013 -- the Year of Luigi -- and everything changes.
