NETGEAR WNDR3700 Wireless Router
This is the first wireless router I've ever bought. The reason was that I had purchased a netbook, which of course needs Internet access. Getting through Ethernet cabling wasn't something I am good at, so I decided to go wireless. WNDR3700 was very easy to set-up.
Pros:
- Stable signal
- rock-solid performance
Cons:
- Writing speed to NTFS formatted USB HDD is mediocre

Awesome Router
Works right out of the box, with a superb, friendly interface thats easy to understand and simple to set up. I love the ability to switch the wireless on and off easily. It saves a lot of power when not in use.

WNDR3400 but adding gigabit WAN and LAN ports. USB port allows an external hard drive or flash drive to be attached to share files with Netgear's ReadyShare technology For best wireless results use with the WNDA3100 Rangemax Dual Band Wireless-N USB 2.0 Adapter.

Easy and adds a punch
I installed the card, but I let windows find the driver, I should have hit cancel at that point...Its in the directions plain as day, my mistake. Besides that little self-inflicted pain, I find that my video is much clearer and faster.
Pros:
- performs well
- compatibility
- easy to setup
- value for money
Cons:
- Setup Wizard

Great Router
I am extremely happy with this router. The throughput and wireless range(2.4ghz) on this router is fantastic. I'm not sure what the issue is with the person below and his download speeds, but I have not seen any issues like that at all(I have a 20mbps down/2 mbps up connection that works great with...
Pros:
- Great speed
- impressive wireless range on the 2.4ghz band
Cons:
- So so wireless range on the 5ghz band

Working very well
I recently set up a new wireless network for the first time. I had purchased a wireless router system to steam video but had continual drop outs and freeze issues. This purchase was to replace the previous system. Out of the box this system has performed flawlessly.
Pros:
- easy setup

Netgear Takes the Title
This is the first consumer router I can unambiguously recommend to anyone. Short of business-class Cisco gear that will cost you 10x more, there is currently nothing better.
Pros:
- Best-in-class quality. Dual-band N, top-end CPU, RAM
- if this router doesn't work, nothing will
Cons:
- Current DD-WRT builds are buggy on this hardware
- for once, run stock for better results

Fantastic
This router has totally improved my connection speed when used in conjunction with my Virgin router & the share feature is so easy to use to connect to my smart TV. No more complaints from my Son whilst on his PS3. Highly recomended.

Trouble Free
I wanted a wireless router to act as an access point to my 2 wire G band router. I tried a Trend Net and a D Link but returned them. They both had to be rebooted every day or so. From time to time the D Link would just drop the connection. D link support could not resolve the problem. Back it went.
