A Great Product, However...
Resource CD included is useless for most installations. Many computers sold today do not have CD/DVD drives. Furthermore the "No CD Drive" Installation section will not work in a typical network setup.
Pros:
- Fast
- Highly Compatible
- Secure
- Small

Netgear WNDR3700 review
Netgear's 4-port gigabit, simultaneous dual-band Netgear WNDR3700 Wi-Fi router proved a joy to use. It was stable and glitch-free, with easy media serving. However, bliss only commenced after setup and configuration.

Excellent Router, except for USB printer sharing
This is a great router in almost every aspect, except for the USB not being able to handle a printer, you still have to have a desktop on to print from a laptop thru the network. This unit is currently only being used to access the network and internet with a laptop, no streaming or DLNA stuff yet.
Pros:
- Excellent Range
- Signal Strength
- Easy to Setup
- Gigabit Wired
Cons:
- No USB Printer Control

Mostly good, but not perfect
Pros: It seems to be fast. It has a button on back to turn off/on, which is large enough to make it very convenient to access easily. Guest access is convenient, and can be secured with passkey (optional).

Excelent Preformance with NO downtime
"As an I.T. Professional, I prefer quality products in my home. This is the first WiFi/Router that I can't complain about. The setup was easy, and once configured, I didn't have to make any changes. Every WiFi capable router I have owned in the past has needed a hard reset from time to time.
Pros:
- No need for resets
- 2
- 4 and 5
- 7 networks, plus guest network for each range
Cons:
- USB drive access is slow
- USB port could be spaced farther from Uplink port

Decent router, could be better
Works well, easy to setup but considering the price point, one would expect better range. Signal strength goes down by 50% with just 2 walls.
Pros:
- Easy To Set Up
Cons:
- Slow

Review of Replacement Refurb
The readyshare network HD connection is pretty useless. The transfer rate between 2 wireless computers is 4x faster (3+MB/sec vs 800kb/sec)
Pros:
- Fast
- easy to use software
- works especially well with netgear adapter
Cons:
- Requires netgear adapter in order to make full use of the software

A decent buy
Received the router yesterday. Great job Flipkart on delivery and packaging. As usual flawless! About the router, setup is as easy as a flip of the coin. Netgear Genie is another good software that helps you control your network.

Netgear RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router (WNDR3700)
Netgear ships the Netgear WNDR3700 RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router with a one-year warranty; this is standard for routers these days. The support pages on Netgear's site are somewhat elusive (you have to click on many layers of links to get to where you want) but nonetheless offers lots...
Pros:
- Supports true dual-band
- Decent wireless performance
- Useful set of networking features
- including novelties such as a guest zone
- network storage and a traffic meter
- Intuitive web interface
Cons:
- Slow network storage performance
- 5GHz performance is disappointing
- Traffic Meter feature isn't as robust as we'd like
