It works
Not multi band; not much better than the standard BT Wifi; locks up every few weeks

Great range, and never drops out.
I have 8 of these connected to a controller in a large office complex. No real issues, the occasional reboot, but not enough to bother me, considerably less reboots needed than anything else we have tried in the same price range. Works as expected.
Good range indoors; hanging options and cable management options.
Pretty Large footprint; occasional reboots
I purchased two of these APs. One failed after three days. I had configured them in point-to-multipoint mode along with two Netgear WG-102s. I had read that the WNAP320s dropped signal. That seemed to be the case with one of the APs.
Good link speed on wireless access
Possibly not reliable
The Netgear wireless access point works great in our office. Whenever I can, I buy Netgear products. Their telephone support is excellent. They helped me set it up properly in about 2 minutes, after I spent an hour or so and could not get the settings right.
