Does not support LACP

This switch is a managed switch but it does not support LACP (or 802.3ad). It does support Link Aggregation Groups, but lack of LACP support is troublesome for some devices if they don't support a static LAG. Most managed switches would support LACP, it is odd that this one does not.

Reliable entry level product

Use this product to run a bank of PoE cameras. Got it up and running in less time than I thought it would take. Would recommend for PoE applications, but not the best deal if you just need a fast switch.

PoE is flakey.

Received a second switch from Netgear, and had the same problem. Replaced with a different band and now works great.

PoE powers up the cameras but did not always get a network link; Sometimes the port would start working a hour or so later

Nice quality - except for the fan

Works well with no fuss, but let down by a noisy fan - otherwise would have been 5 stars

Great value.

So far it is working perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone with a small network.
