Avoid at all cost!

I thought I had a terrible internet connection that was unreliable with intermittent performance. After months of chasing problems with Netgears useless support, I eventually gave up and started replacing equipment to solve the problems.

Simple to set the modem up; Good web based GUI

It is riddled with bugs; Performance is intermittent.

Didn't work

The installation CD didn't work, it wouldn't run on auto or manual. The Netgear help desk helped me install the software. Then the connection kept dropping out, so I returned it for a refund.
