adapter
bought this to replace a n300 which packed up after 2 days, i have to say that this is perfect, no red light which is supposed to tell you its working, but it has not let me down!

Adapter Malfunction on First USe
I went through the process to install and was able to get on the internet immediately. Within 15 min the internet connection was lost and I was unable to launch the program. A received an error message that the hardware malfunctioned and was no longer recognized.

Five Stars
The NETGEAR mini adapter is working terrific. My laptop always has 5 full bars of signal strength.

"Great hardware, mediocre software"
It worked perfectly on my windows 10 pc, used the recommended software even though it seems to just be bloatware.

Simple to use
Bought this to help set up second tv, works great in spare room.

I own this and.. It's okay
Eitherwise Ok choice
Pros:
- Great for Productivity such as watching Youtube and Streams
Cons:
- But sucks at Gaming
- or streaming content

Low Speeds
So I havent been able to get the speeds that are promised by the manufacturers. I currently have the 1GBPS from comcast. My Galaxy S9 and AC1200 pull 400-500 mbps. This device keeps me around 230mbps. I've tried to look up video on how to fix but nothing seems to work.

Constant disconnections
bought this brand new and get constant disconnections, do not purchase

Throughput limited by my fiber speed
We live in a 60-year-old house that is a challenge for WiFi. My PC is diagonally across the house from the gateway. Previously, I have been able to achieve reliable, but VERY modest, speeds.
