NVIDIA Shield TV Pro Streaming Media Player With Remote SHD_TV_PRO review
The new Nvidia Shield Pro doesn’t do much new, but doesn't have to in order to remain the best streaming box and retro gaming machine out there. However, the lack of a bundled controller (while retaining the previous generation's price point) harms the deal overall.
Pros:
- A versatile and powerful streamer
- Chromecast built in
- Great gaming features
Cons:
- No longer ships with a controller
- No storage boost
- UI needs finessing

NVIDIA Shield TV Pro Streaming Media Player With Remote SHD_TV_PRO review
When you hear the name "NVIDIA," the first thing that comes to mind is most likely graphics cards, or at the very least the company's Tegra chips that have been powering Android devices for several years now.
Pros:
- Blazing fast I tried really hard to slow SHIELD down. I installed multiple things at once. I streamed movies. I streamed games. In the end, I just couldn't bring it down. That was a good feeling., Design This thing looks freaking awesome.
Cons:
- Android TV This is somewhat of a slippery slope, because the box is Android TV. But we're still not completely there on the whole experience or content thing. I'm still confident it'll get there, though. (And it's definitely in a better place than it was with Nexus Player.

Cons:

Amazing Media Player.
First off, very impressed with PB Tech during Level 4 lockdown. Two orders made it to my door within 3 days of purchase, and that includes a day delay in bank transfer. Meanwhile my partner has struggled just to get a printer cartridge from Noel Leeming 10 days later. Now the unit. Lots of reviews out there so I wont go into too much detail. I have been using Amazon Fire TV for a couple years and this just blows it away. Faster, more features, more stable (so far). The cadillac of media streamers
More expensive than most, but with the performance and features to match. Having recently moved my gaming rig out of the theatre and into a stuffy office to work from home, bought this mostly to restore my ability to play pc games on the big screen. With the ability to hook up through ethernet, quality and speed is great for netflix or non-competitive gaming (input lag is pretty minor considering), quite capable of delivering a smooth 1080 60fps, and will even upscale some signals to 4K. Excellent streaming Box
This Nivida shield is truly amazing technology. I highly recommend this lighting quick TV box. So many features and very responsive. Great price from PBTECH again.
