I don't see what the big deal is, these are pretty boring to play. The last good basketball game was NBA Inside Drive on xbox and maybe the Street games

I've been playing NBA games since Live 99 on N64. Out of all the NBA Live games, all the NBA Street, NBA BALLERS, NBA 2K, ect 2K17 is the worst one. Servers have gotten better but they still aren't where they should be. Graphics are nice but the gameplay is awful.

Whilst an excellent game and very well put together, you may need to have an interest or at least a knowledge of basketball before purchasing. Though maybe technically superior to FIFA, we all know FIFA and football, which means that this game often gets overlooked when playing with friends.
