Motorola Moto G9 Plus review

The Moto G9 Plus is a cracking buy if you like playing games or streaming video. Its screen is massive, it has enough power to handle games well and the battery can keep up with a solid day of hammering. You get the right specs, at the right price, and the primary camera on the back and selfie camera on the front are respectable too. There are only two reasons to pause. For a little more cash you can get the Moto G 5G, which supports 5G. The Moto G9 Plus is a 4G phone. It’s also a very large 4G phone. We bedded into the bulk after a few days, but have a think to make sure you won’t wish you bought something smaller.

Giant, high quality screen; Plenty of storage; Great battery life; Good gaming and general performance;

5G alternative available for a little more; It’s pretty large; Lacks the stereo speakers of some Motos;

Moto G9 Plus Review

The Moto G9 Plus is for the most part an amazing value phablet. But with Motorola having released the higher specced, more future proof Moto G 5G Plus mere weeks ago, it sits in an awkward position in the Western market.

Large screen; Decent build quality; Good battery life;

Not the best value Moto G; Just buy the Moto G 5G Plus;

Review of the Motorola Moto G9 Plus Smartphone - battery giant with brightness problems

Help at the push of a button. Motorola is launching the Moto G9 Plus, a new mid-range smartphone with a large 5,000 mAh battery and a dedicated Google Assistant button. The 6.8-inch Max Vision display of the affordable Moto phone reveals not only advantages in our review though - especially in terms of brightness.

In our review, the G9 Plus leaves a mixed impression. On the one hand, the mid-range model from Moto...

long running times; fast charging; good performance;

haptics; dim, low-contrast LC-panel; cameras;

Great value

While a massive phone compared to what I've used previously, have been very impressed with the quality, specs and battery performance of it. The included hard case is also very nice though not too hard to find a custom case online if you prefer.

Moto G series keep getting better

This is my 3rd Moto G (had a G4, G6, and now G9 plus). I love these phones, such good performance and value for money. This new G9 Plus is awesome! My top 'wants' in a phone are fairly simple - I like to read books on my phone (I read nearly everyday on a daily basis, at work, while travelling, at home, etc) a great camera, easy functionality, and good battery. The speed of the turbo-charger is unreal and the battery charge easily lasts me more than a day or 2. I also love "Moto Actions" especially the torch. I bought one for my Husband as well (he loves watching video clips) and he keeps raving about it too!
