The blending of the DC world and the MK one was seamless .The two worlds worked very well together.Just about all of the charactors from both worlds...

There wasn"t anything I didn"t like about this game

I bought this for me and my son to play because I really enjoyed the older versions. If you dont mind the super gorey or dramatic aspects of the game, its a pretty fun game. I bought it for me and my 11 yr old assuming it was like the first edition.

This MK brings back fatalities back, and its awesome. There is moved named as a X-ray move which is a great addition. The regular fight mode is great, the combos are great. The story mode is excellent. You have to defeat Shao Kahn twice to complete the story mode and that is one tough boss fight.

Having been a fan of the franchise since its inception in 1993, it was interesting to see it return to its MK2/3 roots for Mortal Kombat 9. The game retells the story of Mortal Kombat 1, 2 and 3. You start off playing as one character and then alternate, eventually ending up as Raiden.

The Challenge Ladder can be hard to complete

This is the game all Mortal Kombat fans have been waiting for. Classic 2d fighting, every fighter you could want and many game modes, including the awesome story mode retelling the Mortal Kombat story and story ladder, as well as test your might/sight.

When I was a kid, we still had the old Sega Mega Drive, and one of the games we used to play a lot was Mortal Kombat. I remember it being the biggest thing at the time, and all me and my friends used to play it all the time.

Although I am not a fan of non-PC games, this was the next big thing, and the price was good. The game itself; well it is MK why on earth would I rate it less than 5 stars.
