Brilliant but sadly no re online play
Love this game, with the Ps vita's touch and swipe it adds more to the game. Sadly online is no longer available due to Gamespy closing their servers, so if you feel that you have mastered Mortal Kombat at the highest level you cannot test yourself against any other players.

This is best fighting game so far
This is best fighting game so far. Expecting MK X release in April 2015. But till X comes out, hoping to enjoy MK 9 on my PS Vita.

Get Overrr Here...!!! This is Kick ass..!!!
Got the order on time, plugged in and started playing immediately. Looked way too advanced from the previous versions by the look and feel. Howsoever, inside the game's dimension, its a whole new world of Mortal Combat.

One of the most enjoyable fighting games of the last console generation and the most generous in terms of content
I am old enough to remember the controversy caused by the first Mortal Kombat game. The trauma of seeing a badly digitised sprite was supposed to cause my generation to become violent criminals!

Test your might!
I consider this one of the best fighting games for the Vita system. You could spend so many hours unlocking everything, especially if you love acquiring every trophy in the game. Be prepared to sink a lot of time into this one! This game has a ton of characters, lots of stages, and even online play.

The game its good, but the texture on the models are terrible! there is to much difference between the cinematics and the game play. Bypassing this, the game is awesome. I recommend!

a friend of mine told me to get it so i did, and i have not put it down. graphics are awesome, game play awesome and the fatalities are great. probably say that this is the best MK game by far.

Mortal Kombat PS Vita review
Have you ever thought ‘I'd really like to be able to rip someone's torso off, but not only in the comfort of my own living room'? Then Mortal Kombat for the PS Vita might be for you. I used to love the classic Mortal Kombat games.
Pros:
- A tonne of characters
- modes
- and challenges to overcome
- incredibly fitting for the PS Vita
Cons:
- Close ups reveal lower quality character models
- Occassional difficulty road blocks can frustrate
