Functional, but be prepared to invest time learning the Mikrotik Router OS. I found the web interface to be truely horrible. It was much much easier to work with the command line interface. Even then. it is quirky. If you come from a Cisco, Juniper, Dell, ... world, you will find the concepts do not translate to Mikrotik Router OS. I have their switches too. These have a nicer interface. Still, it is cheap and works well.
