Its ok as opposed to great. Its a compact unit, rather quiet in operation but not overly powerful (hence why it is so quiet). Very light to carry and comes with a couple of heads but really, the one head is more than suitable for both hard and carpeted surfaces. It is a bit overpriced but thats to be expected with brand names such as Miele.

Lacks suction power. Design is great, its light, easy to empty (sort of), quiet but does not have the suction power.
