Game Review: Middle Earth – Shadow of War
I will be honest, when Shadow of War was first announced, and even though I had immensely enjoyed the first game, there were parts of me that felt that another game may get boring if most of the mechanics were the same, and the main reason I was looking forward to the game was due to how Celebrimbor...- Character Performances

Pre-order Middle-earth: Shadow of War Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor was a fantastic game that took elements from the Assassin's Creed and Batman: Arkham series and put it in the universe crafted by J. R. R. Tolkien.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War: "An expansive and beautifully made Lord of the Rings adventure playground"
Somewhere around the 12-15 hour mark, depending on how many side quests you take on, you'll reach a very satisfying conclusion in Shado...- A great looking world to explore
- Combat is fun to play and unlock
- Tonal clashes
- Almost too much to do
Nemesis system becomes epic
These Orcs are paying attention and hound you for messing up, betray you if you loose a significant battle and level up if you die to them. I tried to call my bodyguard and a random enemy captain grabbed me from behind, threw me on the ground and said “Wwwwaaahhhh, I need a bodyguard! That's what you sound like. AGGGGHHG, I'M DYING HORRIBLY. That's also what you sound like.” Also world is massive and you can move very quickly around after only a couple hours, assassins creed style free running and batman style combat.
Amazing game all round
I havent had any problems about loot crates at all like many people speculatively complained about And the gameplay is even better than the first game

Middle Earth: Shadow of War Xbox One
Phenominal Game! Great Story. 100+ Hours of gameplay!
Almost game of the year contender.
Very impressive game let down by occasional control issues and the loot box craze strikes again. If you played the first game it's pretty much an improved version of that with the added stronghold defence/orc management to provide distractions from the main campaign.
