T here's something about the Nexus range of devices when it comes to Android (check out our review of the Nexus 6P ). There have always been several alternatives to the Nexus range and many devices have been better specced than the Nexus, but somehow when someone mentions great Android performance,...
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 review
There is a great deal to like and rave about the Surface Pro 4. The design is thinner and lighter for starters. The screen is awesome, there's plenty of power available, the new Surface Pen is better and the Type Cover is a vast improvement on the last one.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Fourth time's the charm
Not quite notebooks and not quite tablets, Microsoft's family of Surface devices has typically featured well engineered hardware that made compromises in the pursuit of versatility.- Brilliant screen
- Much improved TypeCover
- Surface Pen is still a joy
- Lacklustre battery
- Trackpad still a little small
- A little awkward to use on your lap
Surface Pro 4: Will you go the F**K to SLEEP?
Review Against all predictions, Microsoft has made a profitable multi-billion dollar business out of a boutique tablet. It has also turned a bog standard commodity Thing - a Windows laptop - into something desirable.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 review: Best of the breed
When you step in the shoes that were once filled by Bill Gates, you better hope that you fulfill your role. Steve Ballmer unfortunately took upon the intimidating task and his reign lasted a good 13 years.
Very Good but with Kinks to Work Out

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Review: The tablet to replace your laptop
The Surface Pro 4 is definitely the best Microsoft has offered so far, the bigger screen is a welcomed addition, the design was improved (although not in a radical way), we really liked the Surface Pen and the way it interacts with the screen and most important, the highly capable internal hardware,...- Premium Design
- Great Display
- Touchscreen Works Great
- The Surface Pen
- Great Performance and Configurability
- Low Battery Life
- The Type Cover Is Not Included
- Windows 10 Is Still A Bit Unstable
Those interested in making the move to the new Surface Pro 4 should be ready to pay more compared to its predecessor. While the Surface Pro 3 launched at $799, the latest Surface Pro 4 starts at $899.
- Convincing performance
- Silent at low load
- High system performance
- Surface Pen provides real added value
- Overall good keyboard
- CPU is throttled
- Hardware not maxed out
- Limited connectivity
- Touchpad too small
Review: Microsoft Surface 4 Pro
With each successive Surface, Microsoft has won over new users to its innovative device. Naysayers who questioned the usability of the odd 3:2 aspect ratio screen now accept that for anything but watching wide-screen media, it's actually a likeably useful format, with its gains in screen height very...
Surface Pro 4 first impressions review: Microsoft says it's a laptop replacement, we doubt
More than three years after debuting the original Surface tablet, Microsoft has finally brought the Surface to India. It was back in June 2012 when the company had introduced its first Surface line of tablets, and since then the company has been introducing its successors every year with the Pro 4...
