Sleek, but still a work in process

I was hoping for the best, but found that it could not deliver for my needs. I returned it within 24 hours. The form and idea are marvelous, but I immediately found the dependability lacking. The mouse routinely turned off, forcing me to restart it (collapse it and re-bend it back into shape).

Scroll Stops Working

The scroll pad stops working intermittently. The only way to get it to work again is to turn the mouse off and back on again. I am not the only one with this problem after reviewing the post on MS Community. I am on my second mouse and ready to return it for a refund.

Not fit for purpose - Beware!

Absolute Rubbish - don't waste your money. I liked the design and the portability, but the Bluetooth connection takes time to set up on Windows 7. Make sure you have the correct drives for your hardware.

These are handy for travel and that's what I use it for.

I wouldn't use this as my every day mouse, but for travel, I love how it stores flat in my laptop bag. The center scroll feature is a little strange and doesn't always work, so I would say it's more of a gimmick than useful. I also have a Bluetooth version for my Surface Pro.

Great Mouse but it has failed over time

I purchased this mouse along with a Dell XPS 13 laptop a few years ago and I have had now complaints until now. This mouse has been reliable and quite the conversation piece in meetings. As of recent, it has started to dysfunction in which it isn't as responsive on clicks.

Great Mouse!

I bought my FIRST Arc mouse a few years ago and I was surprised at how well it responded to all surfaces. It is comfortable in your hand and once you get the feel of the scroll you will love it! It is definitely more expensive but worth the price. I travel often and the space it saves is great.

Reinvented the [mouse] wheel, and failed.

Geez, where do I start. The design is linear, so when it sits in your hand it's fighting the direction of the hand, which is at a slight angle. The laser is at the front of the mouse, as opposed to traditional mice, where the laser is closer towards the centre.

This impressively slim mouse tracks well and snaps flat for easy transport. Highly mobile users will like its design-if not its coating and click buttons.

Snaps flat for easy transport; Tracks well on most surfaces; Scroll strip is surprisingly responsive

Click buttons too stiff; Rubbery coating is a lint magnet; No side or thumb buttons

looks good and fashion, but ....

It looks so nice and fashion. But the performance is poor. I bought it for less than a year, totally out of working now. Have no idea why.

Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse

The Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse is yet another innovative addition to the long-line of classic designs that the Microsoft Hardware group has blessed the world with over the years.

Stunning design; Highly responsive

Not rock-solid stable; High price
