Despite their seemingly miserable setting, both Metro games are in fact fun, diverse shooter-adventures, and the remastered 2033 does a good job of smoothing down the original's rougher edges at the expense of some of its brutal personality.

When the original Metro 2033 came out in 2009 it was somewhat of a benchmark for high-end gaming rigs, so naturally I gave it a go to see how it would run. What I didn't expect is that I would get so engrossed with the game that I would ultimately end up finishing it.

Metro series is a great game that unfortunately didn't get that much great attention from the gaming community. With this version, you get 2 games in one with both running very well on ps4. If you missed out any of the games, give it a shot!

This is how a remaster of a game should be. Great lighting effects, great atmosphere and great story. Picked it up on PS4 and very glad I did. Plus you get two great games for one price.
