Danger Close, to me, really is a mystery. As a game studio, I know they have very passionate people working for them, who absolutely believe they have a made a great game with Medal of Honor: Warfighter (like Kristoffer Bergqvist, who attended our Warfighter event at HQ ) .

In the crowded first-person shooter market, it's important for a game to carve out a niche--do something better than or different from its competitors. Medal of Honor tries to do just that by representing a real conflict that is really happening in a real country between two real opposing forces.

Well-paced campaign; Immersive dialogue; Taut multiplayer action

Heavy-handed campaign scripting; Enemy AI isn't terribly realistic; Some incongruous cutscenes; Steep multiplayer learning curve

The single player campaign itself is set in the Shahikot Mountains in Afghanistan, during the current Afghanistan war. I had great expectations for this game. I had read a lot in magazines telling me this game was a must buy. So, I bought it. I was amazed at the level of detail in the game-play of this game. One of the better, more realistic games on the market for the time.

This is now a bargain bin game and while probably not worth $60, its easily worth $20. Buy for a change of pace or to fill time until the next big release you're waiting for!

After playing Black Ops this was a breath of fresh air; The campaign was on par with other shooter campaigns; Not amazing, but I was far from disappointed; Multiplayer is what hooked me; TDM is TDM, basic CoD-ish experience.

Its more complex than CoD; but still a watered down version of Battlefield

Medal of Honor is a good game but I will warn the campaign is short. The story is compelling but very short. But if you can pick up this game on the cheap then go for it. I definitely found the game enjoyable and would recommend it.

THis is an extraordinary piece of design ..........No one must have experienced the advance gaming like this till date..........they have made sure you will go crazy till you finish....much more addictive and Adrenalin rush.........cool story play and design ..
