Wasn’t that good... then it Broke

Expecting the 165hz to be a game changer I was sorely mistaken with this monitor. The screens brightness is dim and the motion blur gave me motion sickness’s the first weeks of playing on it. Oh but don’t worry it has an anti motion blur setting, the setting while visibly doing nothing also makes the screen even more washed out and darker. One day I noticed faint lines on the top quarter of the screen suggesting some physical damage and I have no clue what it possibly could have been. But the moniter wasn’t useless as to me until Today’s when it fell face first onto my point Alienware Keybaord. Screen cracked in the centre like it was made out of cellophane. Wasn’t to happy with it before this though so I’m not not too bummed out.

fantastic features

I bought this monitor today as an upgrade from a 12 year old 1080p 60hz screen and I can't say enough positive things about it. The display is beautiful, and it's crisp and clean for gaming. Freesync is fantastic, and after years using a 24" monitor, that extra 3 inches is a surprising amount of extra screen real estate. Excellent monitor for an excellent price.

Great stealth gamer monitor, with backlight issue.

Good screen I bought 2 and set them up side by side, stand is pretty sturdy, the bezels are thin. There's no rgb lights and no "gamer" aesthetics, with I prefer. It's biggest downside is its backlighting, it's really obvious on dark content so you might have to lower the brightness which is annoying because besides that it's awesome. Also getting an accurate colour can take some work but there's alot of profiles you can chose from.
