Best of its kind

High quality, fits all in , now I can pack my Canon with the 70-200 2.8 lens mounted with no issue and take it out easily. Perfect place for my iPad or even my Laptop. The only downside is that you can pack so many things and then the bag becomes pretty heavy.

I love this backpack. It fits everything I need. I can fit a DSLR with 50mm lens, 35mm body, a 55-200mm lens, 28-70mm lens, a wallet with filters and 2 battery chargers in the camera compartment.

Excellent backpack!

So much room to pack all necessary cables, laptop, lenses and travel documents. Plenty of space and protection. Well worth the money! Very impressive!

Filled a gap for travel

"Took this bag as my primary camera / other bp bag for 10 day trip to Peru involving multiple air/ train / car segments as was really best alternative. Straps to wheeled luggage, fits overhead, between rail seats, camera assessable while carrying. Really carried a lot.

Great Bag and Upgrade from Previous Version

Just bought this bag to replace my older version of the Fastpack 250. I was drawn to the original version due to its light weight, the size which allowed me to pack a single DSLR (either my Nikon D300 or D610), three lenses, flash, MacBook Pro, external hard drive, power supply, and occasionally my...

Excellent bag...apart from...

I was really pleased with this bag until I noticed that the seam on the zip of the laptop section was slightly coming apart on its first use, (see pic). This is obviously a fault in manufacturing which surprised me as everything else seems perfect. I am not sure whether to return it or not.

Won't buy it

After reading the reviews and item description I would not buy it for two reasons: 1. It does not meet the airplane carry on luggage requirements: the total depth of the bag is 10 inches and the airlines accept 9 inches only (22"L x 14"W x 9"D 2. I have a tripod which folds to 27".

My Second Fastpack and this version improves on the first edition

This is my second Fastpack. Version 1 I loved and has served me well to Ecuador, the Galapagos and numerous trips to the Pantanal. My gripes with the first version were the waist belt (so I cut it off early on). The Version II makes the belt removable so no raw edges from a cut.
