Repetitive at times

A whole lot of ideas are crammed into Lollipop Chainsaw 's six-hour-or-so runtime. Its backbone is a pulpy, goofball romance between barely-18 cheerleader heroine Juliet Starling and her wayward, torso-less love interest, Nick.

+ Incredibly clever soundtrack with silly licensed tunes that suit the game's theme perfectly, + Juliet and Co. are fantastically rendered in a cool, comic book–style aesthetic; plenty of collectibles to urge replaying the game

Lollipop Chainsaw arrives at time when many video game publications are in post E3 recovery mode. After pounding the carpet on the show floor for days I am still trying to get back to 100%.

There are precious few moments of inspiration in Lollipop Chainsaw. Such as running zombies down with a combine while You Spin Me Right Round plays. The combine handles like a zamboni.

Twisted yet fun, this third person brawler is fast and has a distinct flow. It is not for children, the easily offended, or those who need their gaming purchases to last a particularly long time... but everyone else will find Lollipop Chainsaw is quite a treat.

Suda 51 never ceases to amaze me. The eccentric potty mouthed developer's multiple design philosophies echo with his numerous releases , to the point where fans can immediately point and say " that's a Suda game" .

The Blast Factor: In an era when we seem to take video games far too seriously, Lollipop Chainsaw comes along and forces you to smile and have fun. It's silly and at times downright stupid, but you can't deny that it's a remarkably fun and addictive button masher that never takes itself too...

I've been excited for this game for quite some time now. I remember jumping up and down the week before release because I was so excited! And the game didn't disappoint me, at first. The gameplay is incredibly fun, it challenged me and I just loved it!
