Sleeper hit of the year!!!

This game cannot really be described... everyone becoming zombies and her saving the guys head was a little ridiculous... but a cheerleader kicking zombies butts.. what avid gamer wouldnt love it!?

Great Storyline; Great graphics; Exciting Game play; Awesome animations

Nudity and the head of the guy

Lollipop Chainsaw Xbox 360

Suda51's latest effort introduces Juliet Starling, a monster-hunting cheerleader tasked with ridding the world of a zombie invasion.

Vibrant visuals; Solid arcade-style mechanics; Consistently amusing

Fiddly minigames; Camera woes

What do you get when you cross Buffy and Bayonetta? Not Lollipop Chainsaw.

There are precious few moments of inspiration in Lollipop Chainsaw. Such as running zombies down with a combine while You Spin Me Right Round plays. The combine handles like a zamboni.

While I have totally enjoyed this game I am a bit shocked that some many people have given it a 5 star review. Yes it's a welcome change from the big titles like COD, but it's nothing more than good old fashioned button thrashing fun.

Lollipop Chainsaw

This is not your usual action adventure game. It's fair to assume that most of you are fully aware of this, after seeing any gameplay footage (yeah, I'm pretty sure you have and for obvious reasons too).

An interesting twist on the standard zombie-killing formula; cool boss fights; a game in which quick-time events are actually fun

Takes a bit to get into it; may not be as amusing to some as the developers clearly intended; occasional camera issues

Rusted Sour

So, Lollipop Chainsaw . On paper, blending zombies, Stihl-driven bloodshed, a rainbow-powered heroine and a thick dollop of sardonic humor seems like the recipe for a brilliant, can't-miss hit. If you ask me, it's got "cult classic" written all over it.

The soundtrack

Almost everything else

Lollipop Chainsaw Review

Suda51 delivers yet another outlandish game, but is it worth your money? Find out in our full review.

+ Highly entertaining; + Fresh in every aspect; + Fantastic presentation; + Music selection is perfect

A certain minigame towards the end; Might run a little short for some

Lollipop Chainsaw Review

Grasshopper Manufacture is probably best known for its weirdness. From the No More Heroes series to Shadows of the Damned, Suda 51 and company definitely have a certain style about them. Gamers are getting more saavy by the day however, and just being different isn't enough.

WB Games gets sexy with Grasshoppers raw and viciously crazy high-school zombie slaying opus, Lollipop Chainsaw.

Umm; ya; Juliet like rocks; Even with all the bubblegum; "Lollipop" is interesting; Several funny moments and odd situations; Although repetitive; combat is simple and fun; Lots of reasons to replay this one

Repetitive combat; you're going to have sore thumbs here; If you don't like things silly – you're gonna go bonkers; Not much to it; its basically a washing machine of the same objectives; Mature rating might stir away a more suitable audience

Lollipop Chainsaw

New original properties: they're something that gamers lament never seeing often enough. At times, it seems as though the video game in...

The inherent joy of chainsawing zombies; Inventively funny script and soundtrack; Grasshopper's unique style

Lacks variety; Too short on content; Not good enough to support its pedigree
