First look: Logitech THX 5.1 Z906 speakers
Good sound is as important as good graphics. It's certainly true with a decent home cinema set up and it's just as true for good gaming. If you're not running good speakers then you're missing out on half the fun.

Conclusion The $400 Logitech Z906 5.1 speakers provide a pleasing surround system for watching movies. Dialogue is clear with good separation in each channel. The bass is deep and the system has the ability to provide satisfying levels of sounds.

Going by the numbers, the Z906 has all the makings of a solid 5.1 setup for the living room or PC / game room. It's capable of pumping out 500 watts (RMS), with 165 watts going to the 8-inch, side-firing subwoofer.
