Decent desk speakers
I put middle rating since there is no tone control on speakers. When playing music on computer, playback is great at medium to high volume. Low volume seems to come out at too low of a frequency. These speakers could work in a warehouse, but for the intimate setting at my desk, it's perfect.

Logitech - Logitech Multimedia Speakers Z150
They are OK. You get what you pay for. Very low volume. OK if you are sitting at computer.

Smaller than I thougt
I had to move these replacement speakers from either side of my monitor (the ideal location) to a shelf above an outlet strip. That left excess power cord and just barely enough speaker to speaker cord length and barely enough input cord length. I guess I'll have to find and M to F extension cord.
Pros:
- Small footprint
- acceptable sound quality
- power cord length was adequate
Cons:
- No bass
- which was expected
- short input cord
- short cord between speakers

A Sound Product!
Purchased in November 2014, as existing built-in monitor speakers not up to the job. Easy to connect and produce good sound from mp3 tracks, video, YouTube etc.

I BELIEVE YOU WILL BE AMAZED........
NO NEED TO DRAG-OUT A BUNCH OF BIG WORDS AND TRY TO IMPRESS READERS...... THESE SPEAKERS ARE IMPRESSIVE WAY BEYOND THEIR PRICE-POINT! THE SOUND IS FANTASTIC! CRYSTAL CLEAR HIGHS AND BOOMING BASS LOWS! SOUNDS LIKE SUB-WOOFERS INSIDE! HOOKED-UP TO MY PC TOWER, I PLAYED A C/D...

Cheap and Cheerful but a great sound.
Cheap and cheerful, but produce a great sound for music and gaming. Had a 2.1 surround with sub woofer and these replace them easily.
Pros:
- very loud, clear sounds, volume can go very low up to very high and you can use 1 speaker at a time.also look very expensive and long wires to can stretch and seperate them in the room
- have to use a mains but because of the quality and sound this didnt bother me
