I've been using these for about 14 years now, dating back to when it came in beige and only had a PS/2 interface on it (modern versions are silver and USB, with a PS/2 adapter included if you need it).

This is the best mouse I have used in over 15 years of using computers and mice. Having had surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (pressure on nerves in wrist joint) which has not improved matters, this mouse takes the strain out of PC/Mouse operations.

When I first purchased this mouse, to replace my original, standard 2-button mouse, I was hoping for a fantastic, revolutionary replacement. I don't think I have been let down. When I first got hold of it, and set it up, useage was slow and difficult to say the least.
Ergonomic design; Ease of use; Low desk-space usage

Pros: o Extremely reliable - owned a Trackman Marble /out wheel) for 3 years and it is showing absolutely *no* signs of wear and tear. None. o Performance - excellent response and control o Ergonomic - comfortable, pretty much molded to the shape of your hand. Funny how 1 size fits all....
These are the best thing made for computer peripherals! Use of one, you do NOT have to move your wrist all over the table to make your mouse move...only small finger movements, not the entire movement of the mouse make your curser work. Also you have the standard right/left click features.
Review of Logitech TrackMan? Marble? trackball mouse. **The Product** ~~Why I bought it!~~ I have long been a fan of the Trackball style of mouse as opposed to the tradition type. When I used mainly my PC computer, I always used a trackball as a matter of course and had a Logitech version.
Less wrist strain; easy to set up and operate
Pricey in comparison to traditional mouse systems
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Accurate Controls; Doesn't need alot space; Easy To Clean; Ergonomic Layout; Fast Response; Smooth function; Smooth Movement; Very long lasting
Tends to get dusty
I'm not saying this is a bad mouse, it's a great one, that allows precise tracking and greater comfort than the vast majority of the market.
I have used one of these for years. Great control, no moving the thing around, great for limited space desks. As for those who complain about not having a scrolling function, it is on the disk that came with it, install the software and you've got it. HIGHLY recommended!
